Byldd is a product studio that helps founders build and launch their MVPs. I was responsible for building and maintaining the backend and frontend infrastructure for various startups and the company's internal boilerplate.
  • Contributed to the Virtual Concierge module to coordinate AI-assisted end-to-end event planning and booking between hosts and venues via email and in-app messaging
  • Built an AI chat system with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and real-time streaming, enabling context-aware document interactions with highly responsive performance.
  • Contributed to the inbound email pipeline using SES, SNS, Lambda and orchestrated 5+ AI agents in a structured pipeline to parse, analyze, and respond to venue emails with human escalation when needed
